ABOUT ME
Born in north London, where I spent my entire childhood, I am now retired and living in Bedfordshire with my husband. Following his retirement 12 years ago, we joined a local photographic club, where I discovered my love for photography and have been taking photographs ever since. I started with a Panasonic Bridge camera, Canon G7x, and am currently using a Nikon Z6.
In 2016, I became a member of the Royal Photographic Society (RPS) and was awarded a Licentiate distinction in 2024. As a member of the RPS, I also joined their Visual Art Group, which has inspired me to work towards an Associate distinction.
Every image I capture becomes a memory. I enjoy all aspects of photography, capturing everyday life and exploring various photographic techniques. The Arts and creative vision have always been an integral part of my life, taking great pleasure in Poetry and Needle Crafts, although the latter has taken somewhat of a backseat to my Photography. My photography has altered over time, encompassing new techniques and I continue to adapt my style as I develop my photography further.
